Carbone is always a great choice. I have enjoyed this restaurant in NYC, Las Vegas and now Dallas. Portions are large, family style. We enjoyed the calamari, spicy rigatoni, ribeye steam with broccoli rabe. We also sipped on the old fashion and espresso martini. Very upscale, classy restaurant. Really enjoyed the dim setting and the service was immaculate. They are so attentive and friendly.
Pasta was good, Ribeye Steak (Diana) was not very good. It came with a sauce that was rich. I had it on the side because I wanted to taste the meat. The meat was not good. The pasta and appetizer were good.
The food was outstanding, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The ambience struck the perfect balance—warm, stylish, and relaxed—making it an easy place to settle in and enjoy the meal. What really stood out was the service: attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish.
