We came for dinner on Saturday night at 7:00. We ended up celebrating a few things so we ordered from their great Italian wine list. To start, we ordered fried ravioli, which is great to share. For entrees, we all ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The pasta is great but the start of the show is the huge chicken parmigiana. I ate all of mine but there is definitely enough to take some home. Our service was also perfect. She was attentive, but also didn’t come around too much.
Absolutely amazing good and atmosphere and service. There is a reason this is Michelin recommended. This was incredibly back when it was Carbone’s and amazingly it’s even better now. I cannot wait to go back! The Sunday creste gravy is to die for and the snapper was probably the best dish we have ever had.
We’ve visited Barsotti’s during two recent Dallas visits and this restaurant has earned a spot in our regular rotation. The pastas are excellent; we particularly enjoy the tortellini vodka. The pasta and the sauce are flavorful and well matched. They have some lighter options that are also yummy, e.g. spicy broccolini, Caesar salad. Our most recent server was outstanding, he coursed out the meal for us and split dishes that we were sharing. (This was nice bc the table...
