We come to Dallas multiple times a year to visit family and attend to business but had not yet tried Barsotti’s. After being recommend to us off the Michelin guide, we decided to try it. Wow, just wow we were all blown away! If I could give this restaurant 10 stars I would. Everything from start to finish was absolutely devine. The portions are really large so we ended up over ordering for the table but it was worth it to try everything. My personal favorite was the Sunday gravy...
I love Barsotti’s (even back when it was Carbone’s!)! The pasta is always superb and the atmosphere is cozy/personable. I eaten here on date nights and with family. It’s a great place to celebrate.
WOW! The pasta was incredible. We also ordered the whipped ricotta with garlic bread and we were fighting over every last piece. You can tell everything was made in house and came from top quality ingredients. While the prices are somewhat high, I think it's worth it. A huge plus for me is that it wasn't too loud and my husband and I could quietly talk with one another. Food came out fast and we can't wait to be back and take guests there!
