As much as I love Catfish Floyd's it is not what I am use too! The filets were larger and crispy and the taste was exceptional. Now the filets are like chicken fingers and some pieces are like almost a little larger than a nugget. The price has always been great and still is, just the quality of fish is lacking and taste at times. Now I do think the Fair quality and taste is better than the store front..why maybe because of the higher price which is 😥
Food was great . Even though we asked that the buffalo ribs to be cooked soft and they weren’t, the other steaks were cooked perfectly. And the gentleman who was at the window said he had been there for 30 years was a plus . The lady that took our call in order also pleasant and helpful. Was our first time so we look forward to seeing them again.

Had a plate from them at the Texas state fair that was so good we decided to try the actual restaurant. We pulled up for lunch only to discover we could only order in the drive through and only select menu items. We ordered shrimp and catfish platter to eat in the car. Kind of salty and the fries weren’t great. And we had to keep watching our surroundings. It wasn’t like the fair plate and we were disappointed. Good enough to try but not good enough to come from Anna again.
