Hidden gem for lunch in north Dallas, nice little food court tucked in a business centre/hotel complex. Free parking outside for up to an hour. Selection of freshly made food stations, order at kiosk then pick up. Pizza and burgers were both out in under 5 minutes, price is fast food level but much higher quality and environment.

Food is mediocre at best.

The chicken in the salad bar has a *fake* consistency, like those Tyson frozen chicken (iykyk). Get the eggs as your protein if it's an option.

The soups are bland, I mean it great if you're sick, but otherwise bring your own seasoning including salt and pepper.

Breakfast is a skip as well, the omelets are not seasoned with salt or pepper, it's the same eggs they use for burritos. $1.50 per slice of bacon. The fruit isn't in season. Potatoes are not only bland but not fully cooked, often hard on the inside.?

Everything I have received fried has been either overcooked, they used old oil, or burned.

Old oil is the flavor of the day. SMH.

Burgers and side salads are the safest bet, don't "upgrade" or get "extra" on Anything it's NEVER worth it and you'll be disappointed.

I've taken to going to the Hilton if I don't want to leave, except today, Hilton is cash only today. ?

Bottom line, if you like bland food, if mayonnaise/ketchup is a spice in your home, you'll love it everyone else, save your money instead of being disappointed. ✨️

It literally has UPSET people how mediocre the food is and most of us either bring lunch or go out.

This is for their sister location--Centre Cafe--in the same building. I ordered an Americano (which is just espresso and hot water). They wanted to charge me $7 for a small ... which is more than a late or or blended drink. In every instance I've experienced, an Americano tends to be the cheapest drink since it's just espresso and water,When I brought this up ... that I was confused by the price since less ingredients are being used (no milk, no effort, it's basically just drip coffee...I was curious if she had wrong me up wrong) the worker pushed back against me in a way that wasn't polite at all.

Super annoyed. Spent $10 on shrimp that was obviously fried in old oil and over fried and stale fries. Trashed the entire meal. Will be reaching out to management. I stopped eating here for about 2 months but didn't wanna leave the building today during lunch due to the heavy rain and I'm realizing I would've at least had edible lunch had I just left instead of eating here. Super pissed

The food here is always so delicious. I love working in the Lincoln Centre building for many reasons but the Centre Kitchen is probably number one. Amazing, high-quality food, awesome seasonal selection, good service and good prices too!

What a swanky cafeteria! I enjoy the idea of multiple self checkout kiosks throughout the cafeteria. For the two days I ate here, there was never a line at the kiosk. There are so many options to choose from. There's salads, sandwiches, hot entrées, pizza, and a grill. It's really hard to not find something good to eat.To keep it simple, I opted for a salad, which you get to build. The only downside there is the rush. People love salads. Despite adding a name to your order, your name wasn't called. I did the requested text, but I believe it came after I got my order. Not a big deal. The selection is great and the prices are fair.
