Started with xx crispy "Fried Turnip Greens" with spicy red sauce. Meal was xx crispy catfish, xx crispy okra & green beans. I've never had that much okra or catfish that was that crispy!!! Most restaurants serve a minimal amount with some pieces a little crispy and the rest gooey -...
Ya'll HAVE to try Chef Cassy's Kitchen in Eustace! It is absolutely AMAZING! They have a large variety of items on their menu and everything we have tried is truly beyond yummy! The Gumbo, Brisket, Smoked Bologna, Catfish, Fried Pickles & Banana Pudding are just a few things we personally love! Cassy, the owner and her staff are always so friendly, this place is genuinely one of a kind!! Let's support them and get the word out to all of our family and friends!
