Absolutely amazing experience at this location! I made the silliest request to see if I could get no potato ends in my order (completely not expecting them to be able to do it) and they delivered! Absolutely no potato ends in my fries :) such a small thing that made my whole day!!
I just want to take a moment to brag on Lupita! Her kindness and attention to the Guests really caught my eye and it definitely made my day. She came around and made sure that me and my friend were good and that is not something typical that I see at Chick-fil-A. And just to give you context, it was busy. She went around to make sure all the guest had refill drinks and even went above and beyond to see what else we needed.
As of recent, it seems this location has an issue taking orders at the drive through. This is the second time in the past week that I've gone through the drive through and didn't receive what I ordered. Of course, I didn't find out until I got home. This time I ordered a spicy grilled cool wrap and was given a normal cool wrap. Last time, about 4 days ago, I ordered a spicy grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and recieved a spicy grilled cool wrap.
