I did not know that the southwest salad comes with minced chicken now. The last time I went to this particular branch I got only four small pieces of chicken in it.

Phillip was very welcoming and friendly (:Kid-friendliness: Gave us stickers and little cow plush ? & the high chairs had little mats for the tables and wipes for them very convenient other chickfilas usually don't have stuff like that
The manager has a bad attitude and they give bad customer service, they always take orders wrong and waste their customers' time, bad place to eat!!!!!

They took my 60 dollar order wrong, I got home and I was surprised that my order was all wrong, I went to file a complaint and the manager just took it calmly, she was laughing all over the place and they made me wait 10 minutes, which was of no use because they got my order wrong again.

We did a large online order and everything was correct when we picked it up and the food tasted great. The guy that helped us in the drive thru had great customer service!
The morning Manger is terrible and has a bad attitude, my food was cold and I waited 15 min for her to finished a catered order that had me late for work. I stop going to chick-fil- A the service and cold food is not the same....Thank you.
Everything was great except the girl at the window was rushing and frustrated, Food was hot and perfect. The atmosphere was very nice. They really gives hard to say whether they shouldn't have gotten 4 or 5 stars. It was a good time the only drawback like I said was the girl who was frustrated at the window.
