Curbside pickup makes ordering a breeze. My friend and I stopped by in the afternoon to grab lunch and a shake. My friend had never used the app before, but she was able to customize her order with ease. Service was friendly, and everything was delicious.

Food is always good. But service has gone down hill. Went to the drive-through, and there was a guy who had an attitude when we ask to see the menu before, we told him what we wanted.
He then went down the entire menu verbally. I said, could we just look at the menu?

He had an attitude and walked away.
Then walked back up to us once we were at the menu and rushed us through the order

I walked in because the store doesn’t have curbside. When I walk in there is a MASS of people waiting for orders. Granted it’s lunch times it to be expected but orders weren’t really coming out as quickly as the obvious demand. Saw several managers just waiting and not necessarily looking to speed anything up, might as well pay them $10 to just stand and wait for an order then hand to the customer. The craziest part to me was the only cashier up front NOT taking orders for...
