I had a semi bad experience here a few weeks ago. And I was so impressed with Brad and his team’s aggressiveness in making it right. They went above and beyond. So much so that I don’t even care about the bad experience. I’m so much more impressed with the level of customer service in trying to make up for it. Thank you guys.

The slowest CFA drive through I’ve ever been through. The line wasn’t backed up and it took 25-30 minutes to make it through the drive through.

SLOWEST drive thru EVER!! Took 20 minutes from time I entered until I got my food. Never have I ever sat in line at any other location. It was four p m On a weekday afternoon , so it was not even a lunch rush.... I cannot even imagine how long it takes during lunch time. I do not recommend coming to this location if you are on a time crunch.

Quite possibly the least efficient Chick Fil A I’ve ever experienced. Had to pull ahead in the drive thru to wait 20 minutes for a 3 count chicken strip meal. I ended up going inside and they had my order sitting there on the counter.
I’d avoid this location and go to another one if you want a normal chick fil a experience.
I did drive thru, but, the service was friendly and great. The young lady at the windows was b e a utiful and I drove away with a big warm smile on my face and in my heart.

The coffee drinks are never consistent. Even after adding my own milk at home, they were still very dark. I always ask for extra vanilla syrup, but it seems like none was added at all. It feels like they never follow the instructions. I was also missing two egg white grilled sandwiches. My biggest disappointment, though, was the coffees — I ended up having to throw them out.

I PAID $23 for this order Wich was around $19 with UBER ( not including tipa to delivery person . Chick fill A should DO BETWTE THAN THIS !! Poor service!!

Coming here is a bit of a mixed bag. Depending on the day it will be either heaven or hell. Some staff are awesome and others are downright awful. I've had burnt/undercooked fries, cold food, and missing items in some orders. But others are hot and fresh with everything being perfect.

I placed a 2k+ catering order with this location and called ahead to make sure everything was sorted for the event. I was affirmed by store leadership, but during the time of delivery there was no communication on the order being late and also coming in pieces. Their car broke down on the way and majority of the drinks were missing in the order.
Their lack of communication and delays impacted the flow of my event, and for that I cannot recommend using this location for any catering needs. I am still waiting to hear back from the manager on a resolved for this delay in service.
