Put my order in the app for pick up. Went through drive thru. Added one normal item commonly made. Had to wait 13 minutes for my food while my hungry children complained. Edit: and they forgot the straws to the drinks.

My co workers and i were happy about his new location , but the few times we have gotten food , something is wrong with our order , 2 of the times we asked for sweet tea and got unsweet. The other we asked for sauce for the nuggets and we did not get any . I think attention to small detail will benefit them .

I just want to say, EVERYTIME I have came here the food is 1. Either shribbled up and old looking 2. Cold this place really really sucks on the quality of the food I wish this can reach the general manager to get the kitchen runner better for the quality of the food. I really really dislike getting cold food. Or even old food all the time.

Worst cfa in Dallas. They never fail to get orders wrong, even after its correct on the receipt/ label they print to go on the packaging. When you get off to let them know, the employees are rude and act like its our fault that the order is wrong. Trainers need to train better.

Food was good, although we ordered dessert after and we got our shake then 5 minutes later they gave us our brownie and like 15 minutes passed and they asked were we missing something, yes our ice cream cone ? there were like 6 people standing around the leaning on the counter and no customers but not one of them could give our cone. We did get our money back but it was disappointing never had we experienced that we go there a few times a month.
