To start with the good news, this location has the best tasting Chicken Express I’ve had since childhood. Serious props to BOH for a delicious meal!!! What upsets me is when I ordered my food, I was told the total was $35… strange to end up that even, but alright? Pulled around to get my food and I wasn’t offered a receipt, which I thought suspicious. Asked for one right before driving off and the total was $34.61. Might seem strange to complain about 40 cents- but how many other people did FOH pocket the change in their shift? Unfortunately, delicious food won’t negate the fact that I was stolen from as a customer. I won’t be back.

I used to love this place but they CHANGED THE FRIES!!!! WHY WHY WHY. I go here quite often and order the same thing always but the last few times I've gotten crinkle cut fries. I thought maybe they just ran out but it's been 2 weeks and they are still the crinkle cut ones. I could cry because this place was perfect!
My all item favorite item on the menu will always be the fried pickles! They’re battered dip and not crumbly. My favorite combo is 3 piece mixed, fried pickles (of course) and half sweet and half unsweetened tea.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available

The drive thru employee was so nice!! She helped us navigate the menu and served us with a smile. The food was super hot & we enjoyed it. Didn't go inside so can't say much about the ambiance but the drive thru was quick and effective.
