I ordered the 3 piece with a breast. Also ordered chicken tenders family meal. They packaged all of order except for the breast and said they are waiting for breast to cook. It took 25 minutes!!!! So all the food that was packaged was COLD!!!! The people that waited on me didn’t understand English! So very very disappointed in my food, which has always been wonderful in my past experiences with this restaurant. I will never come back here again! I used to be a happy customer but now I’m not.

Went thru drive thru and got home and got my meal wrong. Called up there and the guy apologized and said next time I will get a free meal. He was very nice on the phone. The only reason I did not go back is the streets were still iced and sleet.

I had requested to prepare my spicy chicken tenders to be cooked fresh. They ignore my request and lied. By the time I got home, it was very clear they were not cooked fresh and they had me to wait as if they were cooking them fresh. They have lost a Customer for good.

They need to fire the drive-through worker. No one can understand what he’s saying but he acts like it’s us. Plus, they can’t even process a payment! I’ll see why I don’t come here anymore. I looked through the drive-through window and the man who is dropping the chicken is eating while cooking.

Front window guy was very rude and didn’t want to take my order properly. Manager had to step in and fix my order. We I got to the window the guy took my card and walked around the restaurant. The card reader was right infront of the window…. He then didn’t want to give condiments to me or a fork for my Mac and cheese…. Unprofessional

Waited a LONG time at the drive-through window for my food. Requested honey for my roll. Made it all the way home before I found out they didn't even give me my ROLL!!! AND the honey I requested was not in my bag either. First ever horrible experience at this location. Probably will look for another location now. I usually go out of my way to go to this location (not close to my house) for the good service. VERY disappointed! ☹️

I purchased #3 3pieces of chicken. I asked for fries, received fried okra. It's to early in the morning for the okra was cold and hard. The chicken wasn't fresh old and hard. You guys need clean your soda machine. The coke tasted watery and no favor. A waste of my money.
Drive thru experience was eh. When i got to the window, the kitchen is visible, absolutely abhorrent, i saw multiple food code violations. Open personal drinks and food in customer food prep and staging areas, trash everywhere food all over the floors, all the counters were dirty and had food and crumbs on them , piles of stuff on the floor, just nasty. i have food management certifications, so im not exaggerating. It was disgusting and the only reason i didn't drobe away is because the guy got to the window and i felt awkward doing that. I will NEVER return.

I go here for their chicken tenders and cream gravy. It's awesome. Also had fried okra, green beans and mashed potatoes and gravy. Their hot rolls melt in your mouth. 😃👍

I stopped by this location often to grab dinner on my way home I'm a single male it's an easy pickup. Tonight there is a lady who is running the drive-thru. Normally it's older males. I have to tell you that at first I didn't feel like anything was out of the ordinary. However this woman ran every portion of this order she got everything she got the drink she did my credit card everything I was extremely impressed with how hard she was working. She gave me my order which was packed as only a woman could do with napkins inside because men don't think of these kind of things. And I drove off from the drive-thru and then my windows rolled down I hear someone yelling for me. Sure enough she hadn't handed me back my credit card and this poor woman who I know was extremely tired from working her normal shift literally sprints down the drive-thru to hand me my credit card to make sure that I had it back most guys probably would have said well he'll probably come back later. I was blown away by the professionalism by the fact that the woman still gave me a smile after sprinting down the drive-thru just to hand me my credit card. if this poor woman doesn't already have a manager's position in the company it definitely should make her one. And please understand I will definitely come back to this restaurant because of the fact that you guys always get my order right you guys are always really nice to me and in this case somebody went that extra mile so I want to say thank you very much this very nice lady who has probably had one heck of a long day and deserves to go home and put her feet up. Thank you!!
