We stopped here for coffee and breakfast before work and were impressed with how calm and welcoming the environment felt. We saw Tops Cafe when stopping by the grocery store the other day and decided to give it a try today. We immediately loved the vibe when we walked in, it made us feel like we were having a vacation brunch at a cafe near the beach! We were seated immediately and had great service the whole time. I didn't catch his name but he took such great care of us, I think he was part of the family that owns it.
