I placed an online order which included a bowl with guac and no cheese. I picked it up and drove all the way home, only to realize there was no guac and had cheese, which I wish I could’ve made it work, but it ruined the bowl for me. When I called the location, it sent me down a path of automated responses that made no sense, basically zero percent chance of getting a live person at the actual location. So I drove all the way back, which was a huge waste of time, but I wanted to actually be able to eat my food. The guy remade my bowl, actually forgot the guac again, and I had to tell him to put it in (pointing to the original sticker with all the ingredients listed.) I saw another customer when I was there the first time who had to come back because I’m guessing they also made a mistake on his order too. I’m giving a star back because I did eventually get my food after driving back. You guys need to be better about making sure your orders are correct, especially for pick up orders where people don’t realize the mistake until they’re all the way somewhere else and most likely it’s too late. I don’t recommend this location until they get better at actually fulfilling orders correctly. And it would help if the phone number listed actually goes to the actual restaurant.

I just want to say that the lady putting the beans got mad at me today because I didn't know the name of the beans. I point at the beans I wanted and she look very frustrated and made feel uncomfortable because I didn't know the name which is not label on the window. The food was good though.

Filthy and greedy. I came to this place a few times with my kids and the rice isn’t well cooked and the table is a mess with scattered foods all over the place. The scoop is not even 1 fourth of it, the lady who is scooping the chicken/briskets put very small amount…. Everything is under performed and my kids are not happy with this particular chipotle and I’ll never come back to this place anymore.

These people are rude and unprofessional. I asked what's the difference betweenthe salsas the girl said red and green like obviously. Then she proceeded to say "what do you want" with an attitude 😅 I want to know the difference between the sauces tf. I will not be back here plus they're not clean anyway literally sauce and food all on the counter.

I took my boys here for dinner tonight and shelled out $61 dollars for 1 bowl and 2 burritos?! Outrageous! Then we get home, and my rice was literally uncooked. Hard and crunchy. So gross! I will never come back to Chipotle ever again!
I usually come to this location, and I always tip. They, “open at 10:45 daily,” but tell me why I was waiting outside until 10:48 AM, and the doors were still locked.? I’ll take my business elsewhere.
