They don’t open on time. Walked up to the door at 10:50 and employees just smiled and ignored the customers outside despite 33 degree weather. When i shook the door to get their attention, young guy came out with an attitude to let me know the food wasn’t ready and that I have poor etiquette.

I am a loyal customer when it comes to chipotle but seems like every time it becomes more disappointing. The worker barely gave any meat and I got half chicken and half carne asada and I’m being charged for the more expensive meat. I get being charged for the higher priced meat but wow they are becoming more and more stingy. I did let one of the other workers know so she did try to compensate me by giving me a side of meat which I appreciate but I may need to start thinking of alternatives for chipotle cause this is getting ridiculous

Walked in and the place was clean and had a great energy. Miss. Frida was my server. And she was absolutely great. I'm very hard to please and I love my food presentable and fixed with love. She did just that. I wanted a steak bowl. But the steak looked a little dry. I told her and she went to the back and brought me fresh steak and it was moist just like I like. She kept a smile on her face and she was so professional. Everyone in there was definitely on there job. I actually so employees in the back prepping food and it was all fresh. I recommend this chipotle to anyone. I enjoyed that visit. I love great customer services and friendly faces. I had to take time and do a review because one was needed. I love the service I received

Wow had to knock at 11 am and ask why they weren’t open after waiting outside for 15 min i was told they were having some technical difficulties… seeing me outside would have been nice to be informed that they were not going open so me and my daughter would not have waited outside time

I come in at 9:33pm on a Saturday and all the food looks old and the steak looks under cooked and no more veggies. The sign says closes at 10 pm. I walked out. Wow . You guys should get no stars

The Mexican lady who was making my bowl was being very stingy with the portions and even when I asked for double she hesitated to even give me double. Then I was being rushed as I was trying to make my bowl. But they treated the guy who was behind us with kindness and respect. And yall was lowkey my favorite spot to get chipotle from but after the service today never again.
