We happened upon the BEST Thai restaurant, Thai Soon, in Richardson! Portion size was great, a tiny but quaint place facing Coit Rd, just south of Beltline. Actual address is 101 S. Coit Rd, Suite 401. We always start off with spring rolls. If you want oil free you need to specify steamed tofu, not fried. Best Thai food in Richardson! We've been going to family-owned Thai Soon for over 2 decades and they seem like family to us :-) . My special favorite is Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle) and my wife loves the Red Curry but really anything on the menu is excellent!
