I always eat chipotle and I always get a burrito until today. I get here and a manager did my burrito. I just can’t believe a manager couldn’t do my burrito good like what the heck it should be the one that has the most experience and it wasn’t fully wrapped. I took my first bite, and everything fell out most messy burrito I ever had. like that is ridiculous… for sure yall should hire a new manager that cares about other peoples food because that is not acceptable…

This place goes further and further downhill every time I visit this location. Food is room temperature. There was a leak coming from under the food into the area of the line where someone could easily slip. The woman who checked me prepared my food was told...she could care less (customer safety issue). She was rude, lacked personality, and didn't charge for my order correctly. Pick another location!

Employees and management are clueless on what a crispy corn tortilla is. They insisted to my husband that the flour tortilla was corn. It was clearly flour and had to be thrown out. They need better training so that they don't harm someone with a severe gluten allergy! They also built my husbands bowl about half the size. Not worth the money! Don't waste your time at this location.

I ordered a bowl from this chipotle location and was was food poisoning and vomited for hours do not order from this location. Beware
I have always liked chipotle, and it has been my go to for a healthy meal. I went there for dinner the other night and found multiple hairs in my chicken. When I went to the cashier to tell her, her response was, it couldn't be their hair, because they all have black hair. In my opinion that really didn't matter, but the hair was dark. She apologized and offered to remake it, but I did not want it remade since it had hair in it anyway. I had to ask for my money back and have written an email about my experience. The only response I got was showing them proof I actually ate dinner there, which I sent. No response yet.

Order not ready upon arrival, 10 mins past pickup time, 25 mins after order confirmed. Asked name by cashier. 3 mins later handed sealed bag. Not my order at all. Nothing I ordered. App offered me an entree but nothing for sides that didn’t receive.

The people at this chipotle don’t listen. You say a small amount of salsa and they dump a massive amount. Then they don’t role the burrito properly. I’m seeing this more and more at chipotle I think quidoba might be better moving forward

Burritos are not the same as before. Protein seemed old and rice was over cooked. People were just rushing me to pick my ingredients and there was only one person behind me, my son.
