072625: We walked into our local CiCi's. We were greeted right away and they took her order. My wife even said she likes to make some music here. So I started off the salad and got some chicken soup. By the way after a hot sweaty morning cutting grass this is exactly what I needed! My personal favorites are any kind of pepperoni pizza. I love it when the pepperoni is just a little bit crispy. As for dessert, any kind of cinnamon rolls a good one! Thank you team CiCi's Forest Lane for another good experience.
5/14/22.We visited at dinnertime. The teenagers over the desserts saw the flies landing on the food and tongs and kept working as if it was normal. I was sickened because no one did anything until I went to the Front. How are these workers trained? House flies on food is not normal! And then don't ask me about the hot dining room temperature and litter(soiled diaper) outside the front door. Disgusting!
Old review: Say hello to Mgr. Hector. He and his staff will ensure all is well. Everything was warm and delicious. My fav is the cheese bread.

Food is delicious but now that the original chocolate dessert is back, it was nothing like i remember it. Waited a long time for cicis to bring it back and i was disappointed. Chocolate and powder sugar was noting like before and bottom of breadstick was almost rock hard. Cicis should bring the other dessert that was covered in caramel or whatever it was and hope they dont mess it up like this chocolate one

Awesome. ❤️ We came in with large group of 14. The staff made new tea when we requested. Great experience. Friendly caring staff. Would definitely recommend. Very family friendly.
Fantastic services all the pizzas are really nice and full cooked not uncooked dough. There Alfredo and tomato sauce are on their point not water sauces. 100% SATISFIED and I highly recommend this place.
