Yansi helped my wife and I clean up our table so promptly! She was very kind and personable and we saw her interacting with all the guests and was non stop clearing tables and cleaning while we were here. We are so thankful to her for the great experience. The other team members here were great too. Fresh food, affordable prices and a nice interior what else could you ask for?
Thank you to the employees. You all made this such a nice dinner out. The cashier made sure people understood how to sign up for the coupon program. She was kind and helpful, not pushy. The food service team was moving pizzas onto the bar fast. Every time we had a question about a type of pizza, they put it out promptly. Our plates were cleared from our table as soon as we were done with them. Seriously great team.
My only complaint was that it was a little hot. Didn't you have awnings on the west side in the past? You probably need to get new ones and crank the AC.

072625: We walked into our local CiCi's. We were greeted right away and they took her order. My wife even said she likes to make some music here. So I started off the salad and got some chicken soup. By the way after a hot sweaty morning cutting grass this is exactly what I needed! My personal favorites are any kind of pepperoni pizza. I love it when the pepperoni is just a little bit crispy. As for dessert, any kind of cinnamon rolls a good one! Thank you team CiCi's Forest Lane for another good experience.
5/14/22.We visited at dinnertime. The teenagers over the desserts saw the flies landing on the food and tongs and kept working as if it was normal. I was sickened because no one did anything until I went to the Front. How are these workers trained? House flies on food is not normal! And then don't ask me about the hot dining room temperature and litter(soiled diaper) outside the front door. Disgusting!
Old review: Say hello to Mgr. Hector. He and his staff will ensure all is well. Everything was warm and delicious. My fav is the cheese bread.
