Stopped by here the other day, best customer service I’ve seen in a while! Biggest compliments to Dianely, by far the best employee there. Really shows how good of a manager Paciano is doing with his employees! keep doing what you’re doing. 10/10

The cashier was completely incompetent. We had a promo for $2.99 for adults. He insisted that we pay a kids price (almost $8) for our Godson, 10, is always chargeed the adult price. He refused to make the adjustment. When we asked for the manager her stated that the manager was going to go with whatever he said. The manger came over while he was assisting someone else. We explained what was happening and he told him to give us the $2.99 price. The cashier said something to the manager in Spanish and then all of a sudden the manager said the price was correct. They kept asking if we want to cancel the order. Once he realized we were not backing down. He honored the price. I visited this location several times. But I will not return.

One of my favorite locations! The pizza is always fresh and updated regularly.
They no longer allow a buffet order with tap water. You need to add a drink ($3.29) or buy a bottle of water. Or eat with a dry mouth.
Worst experience ever food was old on the line also Melissa refused to make fresh pizza or make personal pizza not sure what her issue is or what this store problem is but I definetly will take my business elsewhere she lacks managerial skills refuse to give me the Corporate Number refuse to make any type of piece that I requested, but made peace for other people just disrespectful

My experience here was terrible. The manger was so rude and disrespectful. He antagonized my boyfriend and I until we left the establishment. He was upset because we put lemonade in a water cup. He could’ve respectfully addressed us but he approached the situation very rudely and made snarky and sarcastic remarks about it until we left, and he tried to make it a spectacle in the restaurant as we left. It’s just lemonade there was no need to be rude. DO NOT come here.

I frequent this cicis alot as its my favorite in Dallas. As a millennial CiCi's is very comforting as it was my favorite place as a kid. They have the 2.99 special in the app for November. I have never seen it so crowded. The food was good and fresh as it would be gone as its put out but you can tell the workers are over it. One guy rolled his eyes when we asked for a towel to clean the table. It was crowded so tables were dirty as people were leaving. No big deal as I understand how those long busy shifts can be. Will be back during and after the special when everything will be back to normal.

The man in a green shirt and Oakley glasses and hat a Mexican guy was harassing me because I forgot I got a water cup I immediately poured it out and was like I’m sorry I forgot, then when we first walked in he used my code because he didn’t want to delete it because I didn’t want a soda I wanted the 2.99 buffet, he was yelling at me demanding me to pay saying it’s my money and you wasted it, but told me to get water, extremely rude and terrible service meanwhile he was rude to delete my code and made me use my friends code because he didn’t. Want to delete it. He then made me extremely uncomfortable yelling at me to pay because after I dumped the water and I was like I’m sorry I forgot, the pizza isn’t fresh won’t be coming back after this! The pizza is stale

This guy at the place seemed as if he didn’t want to do anything I asked for pizzas multiple times but he just stood there and walked around. Also the games didn’t work at all I asked for help and this guy just said “uh” and went to the wrong restroom… he’s not a female.

One of the workers, who I now believe to be the manager, followed me around the restraunt just to make sure I had paid for my soda. He followed me to my table and everything, it just made me feel super uncomfortable. Imagine getting paid $12 an hour just to stalk someone for a $3 soda. The profit from the soda must personally come out of that guy's check I'm assuming, because I find that to be pretty ridiculous. The pizza on the buffet was scant and definitely not fresh either, so maybe his energy should've shifted towards the kitchen rather than insuring I paid for a $3 drink. Either way, I work in customer service and I've been a manager before too and I can tell that guy must be pretty insufferable to work with. Whatever helps him feel like a man at night, I'm sure he's insecure in his manhood to follow 1 out of 30 people around a restaurant for a $3 drink. Needless to say I won't be back

Please keep control of your children while you're here- or anywhere for that matter. I do NOT want to trip over an unruly child while carrying anything or at all. Other than the crappy kids it was a nice experience. It was a nice change from the one we usually go to that has a smaller buffet with less options
