Everything was great until we went to the restroom at the end of our meal. It smelled so bad! Like they need a plumber. Might not be an easy fix. Ruined the experience for me.

Went for lunch yesterday Feb 10,2025 , had the adult buffet. The variety of pizzas was ok. Pizzas were too greasy and the flavor was plain. The crust with all ingredients was not fantastic. Pizzas were cold. I noticed there was no stuffed crust available, asked an enticing they could make it, she said no. Disappointed with that. Salad was ok. Pasta I expected a more elaborated sauce not just the plain red sauce. There was no Parmesan cheese for pasta. I was excited to come, this was my first visit, I came out disappointed.

I never leave reviews but this was a dreadful experience. I went to this Cicis with a couple of buddies. We were there for maybe 10 minutes. Immediately, we were able to tell that the pizzas they had were sitting their all day. The meatballs on the “spaghetti and meatball pizza” had mold on it, and rock hard. Also, the buffalo chicken pizza I had gotten had a fly cooked inside the crust of the pizza, which shows how filty this place. I attached the picture of that fly. Also, when I requested for a refund the lady in the front refused and laughed. She said “okay, you’ll be sick while laughing.” All my friends heard it too. That’s just wrong. This place is disgusting, and on top of that you have these rude people working there with no care for any customers. How do you not refund a customer who had a bug on their pizza?

We inside to take a pizza home. Was very clean and the staff was great. The estimated time the food would be ready was spot on. Wings were delicious and the pizza was tasty.
Go here ONLY if you want pepperoni pizza. The cook doesn't know ANYTHING else.

Vegetarian options: They will make you a custom pizza with the buffet cards, just full one out and hand it to the kitchen.

I ordered a STUFF CRUST SUPREME..which on the website no where stated you can not get a whole round stuff crust. When I go to pick up my order it’s 16 SQUARE SLICES WHICH IS RIDICULOUS for the price you pay! If this the only way it can be purchase ..LET THIS BE KNOWN A HEAD OF TIME .. I had to order a whole NEW PIZZA AT PIZZA HUT .because the slices were SMALL to feed a family of 5. So pissed and disappointed. And the worker there had a nonchalant attitude about it.
