One of the workers, who I now believe to be the manager, followed me around the restraunt just to make sure I had paid for my soda. He followed me to my table and everything, it just made me feel super uncomfortable. Imagine getting paid $12 an hour just to stalk someone for a $3 soda. The profit from the soda must personally come out of that guy's check I'm assuming, because I find that to be pretty ridiculous. The pizza on the buffet was scant and definitely not fresh either, so maybe his energy should've shifted towards the kitchen rather than insuring I paid for a $3 drink. Either way, I work in customer service and I've been a manager before too and I can tell that guy must be pretty insufferable to work with. Whatever helps him feel like a man at night, I'm sure he's insecure in his manhood to follow 1 out of 30 people around a restaurant for a $3 drink. Needless to say I won't be back

Please keep control of your children while you're here- or anywhere for that matter. I do NOT want to trip over an unruly child while carrying anything or at all. Other than the crappy kids it was a nice experience. It was a nice change from the one we usually go to that has a smaller buffet with less options

The cinnamon roll containers are different causing them to be compressed into a small container. They are not fluffy causing the texture and feel of a hard thick biscuit.
The space that is seen is only due to me pulling a piece out to try and putting the remainder back.

Went for lunch yesterday Feb 10,2025 , had the adult buffet. The variety of pizzas was ok. Pizzas were too greasy and the flavor was plain. The crust with all ingredients was not fantastic. Pizzas were cold. I noticed there was no stuffed crust available, asked an enticing they could make it, she said no. Disappointed with that. Salad was ok. Pasta I expected a more elaborated sauce not just the plain red sauce. There was no Parmesan cheese for pasta. I was excited to come, this was my first visit, I came out disappointed.

I never leave reviews but this was a dreadful experience. I went to this Cicis with a couple of buddies. We were there for maybe 10 minutes. Immediately, we were able to tell that the pizzas they had were sitting their all day. The meatballs on the âspaghetti and meatball pizzaâ had mold on it, and rock hard. Also, the buffalo chicken pizza I had gotten had a fly cooked inside the crust of the pizza, which shows how filty this place. I attached the picture of that fly. Also, when I requested for a refund the lady in the front refused and laughed. She said âokay, youâll be sick while laughing.â All my friends heard it too. Thatâs just wrong. This place is disgusting, and on top of that you have these rude people working there with no care for any customers. How do you not refund a customer who had a bug on their pizza?
I liked the place, the attention and everything clean. Will there be vacancies to work with you?

We inside to take a pizza home. Was very clean and the staff was great. The estimated time the food would be ready was spot on. Wings were delicious and the pizza was tasty.
