We brought my Mother to the Adolphus for her 92nd birthday, as she had fond memories of the hotel from many decades ago. The staff, (everyone we encountered from the parking valets to the City Hall Bistro employees, to the concierge and more) were all so welcoming and gracious. We had brunch at the City Hall Bistro and every single employee could not have been more personable and attentive, from Steph (our server) to the front desk, to those who kept our water glasses refilled....
The City Hall Bistro at the Adolphus Hotel in Dallas, TX was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant with music playing. There wasn’t a war between our conversation and the volume, which was great!
