Sushi by Scratch was an amazing omakase experience from start to finish. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and each course had its own unique flavor. The chefs were very skilled and made the experience feel personal and interactive.

Beautiful experience! The food and drinks were wonderful and the chef was funny! I would 100% recommend! Some of the freshest sushi I have ever had!!! 🍣
