The place states it closes at 7pm but I arrived at 6:15pm and the place was close and empty.
It's quite disappointing and the establishment ought to be more direct with the schedule to avoid negative reviews and impressions.
I have loved this place in the past but they literally have messed up my last five to six order. They bring smoothies everytime with no straw, they label the drink right and put the wrong drink if it. Today I had another order from them through Doordash and they left off the straw and brought the wrong drink. When I called them they never apologies and just said you have to take that up with Doordash. Like how is that DoorDash fault. Frustrated and not ordering anymore. I received another order without my drink again today. I won’t try this place again
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s Monday 11:30 am and I just left movement the rock climbing gym next door. I come in with not much of a welcome at all. I proceeed to order a smoothie the gal with the septum piercing begins making my smoothie before I paid even though I’m holding out a $20 bill the entire time. Takes 4-5 mins to complete the smoothie turns around and denies my cash since there was no key to the register. I didn’t have my wallet I had money which was declined and the gal threw the made smoothie away in my face. Terrible way to treat someone … extreme wastefulness was displayed. I will never come here again
The Walnut Hill location in Dallas is a joke! Their customer service is the equivalent of a business being run by indifferent teenagers - although the people there are not teenagers. It is in the shopping complex of our office, so lots of employees try it out. We have one who eats out every day who will not ever go there because the service is so bad. I also recently had a very bad experience. This was a message I submitted on the "Clean Juice" website on October 15th (almost a month ago). I never received a response, I never got a call from the owner, and I never received a refund. All I can surmise from this interaction is that this small business owner is "checked out," and the Clean Juice franchise owners are ambivalent towards their name and what's happening at their franchise locations. I am now going to dispute this with my CC company. I have received better customer service at McDonalds! I would be extremely embarrassed if this was my store or franchise!

I ordered lunch online through the website. ORDER # 3952034. I had a meeting scheduled at 2:15pm and had a small window to grab lunch on the way. The order (and email confirmation) said it would be ready by 1:50pm. I arrived at 1:54pm, expecting to grab it and go. However, after standing there for several minutes without anyone helping me or acknowledging me, I interrupted someone who was cleaning up and asked them if my order was almost ready, or if anyone was working on it. She asked me what it was, and then dismissively said: "We don't have that order," as if that was it and the conversation was over. I showed her the email confirmation and explained how frustrated I was. Her response was again: "We didn't get that order." I asked if they were having issues with their system, to which she replied: "No, we've been getting online orders all day" - again, as if the conversation was over. I explained my hurry, but by that point it was almost 2pm and I didn't have any more time to wait. Her response was: "Maybe we can give you a refund. You should look online." I called back after my meeting and asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately it was her. And her only resolution (after I explained how frustrated I was again) was to offer a refund - despite me telling her that it's not almost 3:30pm and I still haven't eaten lunch). I pressed a little more, asking if that's how they treat their repeat customers (or any customers for that matter). She said: "I can't do anything, but I can tell the owner and see what he is willing to do." So now it's almost 4pm - still no lunch. I'm going to have to order somewhere else. I still don't have a refund OR food. Very disappointing experience.

The word "CLEAN" should be removed from this store's name. The cutting board is visibly old, dirty, and likely spreading bacteria. The countertops were dirty. There is food is on the ceiling. The touch-screen checkout was filthy. I had never been to Clean Juice before, and this was a terrible first impression.

It’s my favorite store of Clean Juice Cafes. The team members were very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced to make the wraps and smoothie right. You can enjoy the food and drink at the quiet corner inside the stores or have the seat outside to enjoy the sunshine as well.
Parking: You will park in the parking lot and then walk through the buildings to get to the Clean Juice store.

My drinks were brown and idk if that’s how they were supposed to be. I ordered the recovery, which is pink in the photo. I did add hemp protein but didn’t think that would make something brown? Tastes okay but also very melted which is probably because I ordered it as delivery. Don’t want to be a hater but I’m just concerned that it is brown? Is this normal ?

I ordered from Clean Juice for an office meeting. They shorted the food and would not give me a refund for what they did not deliver. The food that was delivered was sub par at best. Will not use them again.

I’m eating clean and my brother has stage 5 kidney disease. We both found great food to eat here. Super grateful for them accommodating his diet and loved the yummy green bowl. Great for a casual bite to eat and smoothie recharge before venturing out into the day!

Clean Juice is one of my go to places for fresh juice and açaí bowls! Fresh ingredients and always top tier service. Would recommend anyone to come try this Dallas location!
