Food is inconsistent. I ordered from this location twice over a two week time frame. The first order was great, but the second order was smaller and had missing food. I recommend to check your order before leaving. Also, beware of the prices. They charged $15.00 for a grilled cheese sandwich which is crazy.

I went there for the first time this Saturday food and employees were great the only thing is that the person in charge “manager” I believe his name is Danny is the rudest person I ever seen the employees are great professional but this guy Danny that’s the manager is so rude he don’t know how to talk to people or his employees he screams at them and talks real rude to them in front of customers , I honestly don’t know why they made him a manager being that rude he doesn’t even deserve to work there especially as a manager , like I said everything was great the only problem was this person I even asked for his full name they gave me a card. Please address this person it’s bad for corner bakery

We ordered dine in two coffees and I received them in to-go paper cups, zero love. For such nice place I expected very simple thing like dishes!

There was hair on my sandwich and Mac and cheese. We wanted refund but they said no so they gave up gift card but we didn’t even eat. The gift card even had a hair.

Came in around lunch time and it was busy which is understandable, but as I am placing my order after we tried about 2 times to put our order in we noticed the machine was giving us a error which is fine , we let a employee who worked there know it was giving us trouble and was not taking the number code. He said he would be back and never came back. After someone else finished off the other machine we went to that side but wanted to let someone know that machine was not working so they can put an out of order sign on it, but at this point the crowd had gone and when I informed the employee he seemed uninterested in me letting them know they machine was broken and did not even respond. The lack of customer service shown is unacceptable. As a business owner myself when my clients come in , I would never no matter how busy it may be ima make sure my attentiveness to my customers is there always. There was a lack and empathy at this location that I have never experienced before. Hopefully this review allows for room for growth in the future .

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I've had at a coffee shop. The staff was not just unhelpful but downright rude, showing zero professionalism or basic customer service skills. The place was a mess—trash overflowing, no coffee in the containers, no half & half, and not even lids available. To make matters worse, there was no manager on duty to address the situation, and when I voiced my concerns, the staff responded with complete indifference, lacking even a shred of empathy. It’s shocking that a business in such a prime location operates with such low standards. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before stepping in.

To be the first time I have consumed in this place, it seems to me a terrible experience that none of the machines had coffee and it took more than 30 minutes to attend me to be able to fill my coffee cup.

Don't come here unless you want to be not helped & ignored! I waited over 30 minutes when all I ordered was a muffin. Definitely not worth it. I asked the staff 3 different times about my order but kept getting ignored. There were people who ordered after me getting their food 1st. Terrible service. Very gross sticky place.
