Elizabeth was a great bartender who makes a great Tom Collins. The red beans and rice were really good. The place has a calm, yet colorful atmosphere with sports on the TV. I really enjoyed it.
A hidden gem at the end of terminal b, gate 47. The gumbo is top notch and done right. Smoked andouille, shrimp, okra and chicken in a dark roux. Red beans and sausage is also good. Best food at DFW, just a shame they don't see more traffic in a better location.
On 2 recent visits to terminal B I had the opportunity to eat lunch at Cousins ..On the first visit the associate saw my inexperience with Texas barbecue and suggested the chopped beef sandwich..on the second visit I requested the sliced beef..sliced was way more enjoyable..
Had the same young man making my food in both occasions.
Very helpful and friendly associates..the female cashier saw my inexperience and prompted me with a few suggestions..very helpful..
