When I first came in they seemed nice, I ordered a milk tea with boba pearls but when I received it it didn’t have any, I tell Melanie girl the issue and straight up told me I didn’t ask for any/said no to them, I checked my receipt to show her but its just her name, shop name and date, no order in it so I just said it was fine but then Melanie and her co-worker began to give attitude, one of them gave us a full side eye after asking what time they closed and gave attitude for no reason, then looked at us dirty because they noticed we called them rude.

I truly enjoyed the drink and the boba. I love Boba and in my opinion boba has taste and texture and this Boba had both. I tasted the Lychee and coconut! It was fresh and chewy, but not too chewy. I absolutely love it and will be back!
I ordered the Horchata with Lychee coconut jelly…my only complaint is I should have ordered the 16oz cause this 12oz was too small.

I waited until I wasn’t upset anymore to make a review so this is not impulsively made. We are regulars here so most of the girls know us . TODAY a different girl took our order (we order the same thing every time )lol. She handed me a small drink and told her it was a large not a small, she took it back and I heard her laughing in the back. She came back to add the boba to the large cup (I thought how nice they are remaking it without a fuss) and when she handed it back I realized she just added more boba to the base and dumped the same small drink into the large cup ? I left because I was not about to start a scene but this is crazy . If I wasn’t a regular I wouldn’t have known .. nice try but yes I noticed … I’m just posting this because I actually do like the teas and the service is always good. But don’t do your customers like that … all that laughing in the back thinking your fooling someone I know where and how my money is spent so I expect the quality . (:
