Sure there are artisan ice cream shops all over Dallas, but if you’re wanting to feel like a kid and have blue ice cream, sprinkles, cookie dough, and all of the fun ice cream add-ins, this is your spot! The Greenville Avenue location (VERY different than The Union location Uptown) is our favorite one and we visit often! ? ?
Only because I really like this place and it's ice cream and recipes that I'm giving it a four stars. As for customer service, it could be a little bit better. I don't think that I should have to wait until I stand at the counter after walking in passing people who look me dead in my face just to say hello how are you doing after standing at the counter for a minute and a half. And when you're standing waiting on service or somebody to acknowledge you, that's a long time. So otherwise...read full review

Watching the ice cream get made is pretty cool. I loved being able to select a non-dairy milk and personalized my flavor and toppings. I ended up going with Captain crunch and it tasted just like Captain crunch.
