I’ve been to many Creamistry locations all over the country. Two Indian women were working at this location in Dallas. One obviously didn’t know what she was doing and the other was too busy on her phone to help. It’s a $10+ milkshake. This place will be closed soon with service like this. You can’t charge premium prices and delivery bad service. It is not a combination that works for long.

Been to this location a few times before today. Today's experience was terrible and I will probably never come back. Not sure if it's under new management? Anyways, took about 15 min to get our 1 scoop of ice cream. I can tell the people who ordered after us were getting impatient too. We eventually got our order- great... but something was off. It doesn't taste like it used to. Kind of tastes like freezer-burnt glue? Also the entire place smells like sewage and all of the tables were very dirty/sticky.

A year ago I remember loving this place. It’s sad that now as soon as you walk in, you can smell that things have taken a turn for the worst. Besides the terrible stench, it also just feels very dirty, not to mention the terrible customer service too. A great store manager who knows what Creamistry customers use to love needs to come in ASAP before the health inspector does.

Watching the ice cream get made is pretty cool. I loved being able to select a non-dairy milk and personalized my flavor and toppings. I ended up going with Captain crunch and it tasted just like Captain crunch.

Delicious flavors of creamy ice cream. Fun to watch. About $7 for a regular, $10 for a large.

Walked in to an empty store and waited 5 minutes. The two guys working there were outside smoking and watched me walk in. I had to repeat my order multiple times and the shake I ordered was melted by the time I got it. There must've been a change in management because this place used to be good.

Best banana flavored ice cream I have ever tried by far. Ice cream is definitely creamy. It is also fun to see the ice cream prepared with liquid nitrogen. Highly recommend.

No more creamistry points, dirty store, guys behind the counter are on the phone on speaker and ignoring customers. Also on their phones while making ice cream, touching the ice cream and then their phones with the same glove, and wearing flip flops in a food environment. 100% needs a health inspection ASAP

Worse experience ever. I had to repeat my Order multiple times. They said they no longer have a points system, because it's new management. Creamistry points is creamistry points how does this make sense. They're never open until close. Just a trash service. Won't be coming back to this location.

The ice cream was fantastic and they used a clean bowl and paddle for each creation. However, I just couldn't get past the unclean atmosphere. Unwiped counters and tables. Disgusting floor. Yuck. When I asked for tables to be wiped they did so for all bit thr one we were sitting at. There was also someone working in flip flops.

Sure there are artisan ice cream shops all over Dallas, but if you’re wanting to feel like a kid and have blue ice cream, sprinkles, cookie dough, and all of the fun ice cream add-ins, this is your spot! The Greenville Avenue location (VERY different than The Union location Uptown) is our favorite one and we visit often! ? ?

Wish I had read the reviews first. The place was disgusting. Customer service was terrible, in fact one of the employees was just rude. None of the employees had good hygiene. Gloves touched the tablet/money, gloves touched the ice cream and equipment, gloves touched the headphones they all had in. And to top it off, the shake I had wasn’t very good. The only good part of the date was the smell of the pizza place next door lol

Creamistry offers a cool concept but, this location does not execute it well. The entire place smells like spoiled milk. The staff does not appear to care about keeping this place clean. I can’t imagine it gets a top health code rating.
