Been here twice now. Excellent product with great flavor but don’t be in a hurry. They only use 1 of the 4 machines and make you wait about 20 minutes before it’s ready. Owners seem to be trying to save on labor costs.
Fresh ice cream made-to-order! Fun novelty to see the ice cream prepared under liquid nitrogen, but wasn’t gimmicky at all. Super thick and creamy, perfect texture and consistency with delicious flavor and without being too sweet. There was a short wait (<10 mins) after ordering and it was a bit expensive for 1 scoop ($9) but every order is made on the spot so it is well worth it for those who enjoy a thick, creamy, fresh and custom ice cream.
