Salad was AMAZING and I didn’t get the guys name but the African American guy that made my salad was so sweet and had great customer service, I was having a little bit of a bad day and u don’t know if it was that great salad or his service that made it better❤️

The place was practically empty with only a family eating in and no one in line. I walked up to the line and 2 employees walked up to refill items then walked back and neither one acknowledged my existence. I was excited to try some of their açaí bowls but went to Jamba Juice instead where I was greeted and my order was taken instead of being ignored.

I love the other location however I came into this location and I ordered my favorite the Bold and the Buffalo. The lady proceeds to spew nonsense to confuse me saying they don’t have chicken and I said okay so no buffalo chicken for bold and buffalo then and then she goes no we have buffalo chicken ?? Huh ?? She then says I’m telling you we don’t have any chicken though ?? I told her I’m confused and then proceeded to walk out the door and across the street to chopshop where I won’t be confused and treated with better customer service.

Pretty disappointing that a salad restaurant only has one vegetarian option on the menu
The most over priced bowls ever!!!! Paid $25 and $22 for two build your own bowls. The bowls were not even full, had very little chicken (I would say 1/3 or a chicken breast) and were delivered without silverware nor napkins.
