Parlor's has the best ice cream around Dallas and has become my new benchmark standard. Start strong and always get a cone. They're really great and fresh here. Best local ice cream (lake highlands) the simple ingredients and creaminess of the ice cream keep us coming back. We love trying new ice cream shops, but not many on our list are 5 star worthy.They also bake delicious chocolate chip cookies!
