Customer service is absolutely outstanding; issues caused by third-party couriers are corrected professionally and patiently. The vibe is relaxed but purposeful, offering a tight, curated tasting experience like a mini food hall on wheels with eight to ten quality bites. However, the facility looks like a DMV converted to a kitchen, and the atmosphere has garbage from neighborhood wanderers, giving a soup kitchen vibe. Despite this, meal quality consistently reflects greatly on the restaurants.
