I ordered my usual cheeseburger and chocolate shake recently and was shocked by how much the prices have increased. A small shake is $7. Ouch.

Classic burger joint. Keep this place going strong. Best floats in town.

Great food, great atmosphere and service. 1st time visiting after finding a post on social media. Had to get their cold frosty root beer float. Bacon Hamburger was delicious, however, I wish they offered the crinkle fries 😁. Will be back

Dairy-Ette turned 69 years old today 10/22/2025. Hubby, my son, and I enjoyed a good tasty burger. The only issue i had was, I asked for mayo and received mustard. Hubby requested no onions and still had onions in his burger. It was an easy fix for him and I ate my burger as is. They have a good solid burger made with fresh ingredients. I wasn't a fan of the fries. I recommend you try the root beer float. It was so delicious 😋 The root beer float was the highlight of the entire meal for me.😊
We went at an odd hour and luckily we we're able to get booth seating. The dining room is a bit small. The prices are resonable and great customer service. Overall I recommend you go check them out.

Classic Burger spot in East Dallas. Their decor has never changed, and I'm ok with that. We were quickly greeted and served. The homemade rootbeer was heavenly. I will be back again for more rootbeer. Plenty of parking as well..

Service was better than the food. BLT was made with shredded lettuce. That's a no-no worldwide

I was so disappointed. Ordered hotdogs, fries and rootbeers to take to my friend. Fries were cold when I took the bags, but I didn't have time to wait and they were really busy. Took a drink of the rootbeer when I got in my car and it tasted like chemicals-- non-filtered water used. The hotdogs were pretty good except relish was put on them, which I dislike. So, $30 later I was still hungry and thirsty.

I came here for the first time and opted to walk in and dine inside the restaurant rather than use the drive in. I ordered a root beer float which was more like a cup of soft serve ice cream with a splash of root beer. It wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t get it again and I wish it had more root beer. I also ordered a side of onion rings which never came out. I asked the server if they were being made and he apologized and said the order wasn’t put in. The server was nice but overall the experience was mediocre and I don’t think I’ll be back.
