the worst breakfast i’ve ever had. scrambled eggs sitting in a bucket that maybe were made hours before. 3 shriveled pieces of bacon resembling the 30 second microwave bacon and extra salted hash browns. i never complain about breakfast but this was actually

Miriam the waitress for my area was probably one of the rudest that I e ever had. Not sure why. I came in sat down wasn’t greeted. She didn’t speak to me at all accept to say “What are you having”. Next to me was a couple and across from me another couple who she serviced, continued to walk around me and ask them how they’re doing and if they needed anything. I never got to order anything after the appetizer because she never came back. After 45 mins I wanted an adult beverage but by then all the waiting had me irritated. I waved her down and asked for a to go box. She got it and kind of tossed it on the table and left. I then got up and asked a guy at the register if he could cash me out, wondering why she didn’t bring my ticket if I asked for a to go box. Anyways, I told him you guys should make sure all customers are treated fair. I told him what happened he apologized. She brought my change to the table and set it on the box of my food and walked off. Did I mention he hadn’t even had a conversation with her about what I said at this point. I Hate Dallas Texas… I will definitely be doing a story time on my social media…

We popped in for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. Theres a QR code on the table and soon after we sat down, the server came up and took our order. She was impressively quick and on top of things. The food was delicious and we were able to get the check quickly.Kid-friendliness: Simple and easy for kids to eat thereWheelchair accessibility: No stairs and should be easy to access

This place blows. Service was awful, food was meh. And the Dallas Cowboys suck. Salad came with no dressing and no avocado (as was advertised). Chicken sandwich was dry. Had to chase down an inattentive waitress to get dressing and ketchup. She didn't come by our table one time while we were eating.

Never had the opportunity order food. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my adult life. So disappointing!! Wanted to order breakfast at 9.25am and the lady said she had to wipe tables and wouldn't be able to get an order until she was done and that it would be to late to order breakfast by the time she got back. They lost several hundred dollars in revenue since my group of 10 people left. I was the only one ordering breakfast, the others wanted lunch and drinks. Do NOT come here if you're expecting anything close to Texas Hospitality!!!!

Quick and friendly service but the fries were barley warm and overall forgettable.

Friday 2/9/24 late lunch: So I'm thinking after I got home to Jacksonville that the Dallas Cowboys Club at the DFW airport probably should have paid me to eat there today. Meh. It was apparent that our server forgot to put the food order in as it took over 30 minutes for a wedge salad and a burger. At an airport...where timeliness is crucial. Stress free lunch, it was not. And then no draft beers. But pushing the SHINER Boch hard in place of what was missing. Something was wrong with the draft beer system, we were led to believe. The whole experience was absolutely below average. Come to think of it, I would like my money back. Listen, you're in an airport and they sort of have you by the balls if you choose to cross their threshold. Repeat customers are nothing that they are concerned with. But you'd be wise to go to McDonald's just down the way as I'm sure you would have a better experience there. This place does not deserve your business....at least today they did not deserve mine. ** Kindly note that of the hundreds of reviews I've written, very few get less than five stars. That should tell you something. I am more than generous with my stars, as I understand that everything cannot always go right. But sometimes you just simply feel like you got cheated.

The food is absolutely terrible. Wings are small and overcooked. They don't pay attention to the notes on orders. Cooks, not chefs, either don't care or can't read. Based on the rest of the staff attitude going with they don't care. I would fire the manager and then rebuild a team. Bartenders are great. Got for drinks, stay away from the food.

Food good and comes out quick that's all I need when I'm in a rush at the airport. They did a great job

I’m giving them 3 stars because Carrie was an excellent bartender. Ordered brisket nachos, got velveta and no pico. Supposed to be white cheese queso. Brisket is shameful.

Out of every draft beer they offer. What they had was old tapped kegs on draft. Bartender named James wwas extremely rude about ordering a few beers. Place is a joke.
