This place is a absolute rip off. Purchased the Dinner/Flight Combo in February. Flights were rescheduled 5 times and now permanently cancelled until 2025 due to facility issues. No refund , no voucher , no accommodations.

didn’t even get to experience it. showed up to the location in my email only to find out they were kicked out of this Grand Prairie location. have no communication from Delta Charlies since October 2023 when I scheduled my flight. good luck booking here!

Whoever answers the phone calls should find another job where he/she doesn’t have to speak to people. The rudeness I received is unacceptable. They aren’t taking reservations but they are definitely taking your money. DO NOT BOOK!

I'm really confused here. Where is this place? The directions take me to The Grand Prairie airport to a place called Radial Cafe that is closed. Help me out here. Someone contacted me and left me a voicemail but I haven't had time to call them back. There must be something I'm missing here or just ont understand. All the other reviews look great, so I changed my one star review to 5 based on the fact that I'm missing something here. I'll figure it out later, and come get some of that delicious looking food.

Delta Charlie's has moved from Dallas Executive Airport to Grand Prairie. This move has drastically changed the entire experience for the worst. The whole flight is spent traveling to Dallas which means your view is of Grand Prairie's manufacturing district with many storage facilities and junk yards. You no longer make the loop around downtown Dallas. You see Dallas (at its least attractive viewpoint) on the u-turn back towards the restaurant and airport. Right back through the unsightly city of Grand Prairie. Maybe it's prettier once the sun has set but during the brighter part of the evening it just looks like organized trash down below. The restaurant is more of a terminal and less of a restaurant feel, so it's kinda odd being all dressed up. The food was jusy okay. And our pilot was just okay. The host and waitress were both as sweet as pie. But as far as everything else goes... I don't think it's a $300 experience anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you fly after sunset and even then.. it's still...eh.

Had a wonderful night with the hubby it was a beautiful sight.from the greeter to the pilot great service.no waiting.clean and nice place for date night .

they had us waiting 30 minutes to even ask for our order, served other people that got there after us. got there at 6:45 didn’t get our food till 7:50, and our flight was supposed to be at 8, then we didn’t even have time for dessert we decided to go to the plane at 8:20, got back at 8:45 and had us waiting even more to get our dessert so we decided to leave after 10 minutes past . The flight and pilots were great tho.

Ate here as a part of the flight and dinner. The food is certainly diner quality so if you want a GOOD steak, you may wanna pass on this one but it’s not bad. The staff is super friendly though ?

If you are going here for a special date, you may not want to. They will probably cancel it. Either due to weather, the president coming in town, the sky is too blue, the grass is too green. This is the second cancelled date and I would not like to reschedule because the next date will most likely be cancelled as well. I would just like our money back. They also do not answer calls. The voicemail box is full so you will never get to actually speak to someone regarding any concerns.

Our Pilot, was Andrew and man was he amazing. Great pilot, great conversationalist. The flight was awesome, truly and experience you’ll have to try. I was a bit timid at first, but quickly realized that my fear was unwarrantedNot to mention excellent service and a warm welcoming from the manager of the establishment himself, Patrick! Truly a mesmerizing moment. Definitely coming back. Would certainly recommend ✅5 stars!!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
