Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine Dallas

The food was very good, but the service was terrible. We did not get our first round of drinks until we had been sitting there for about 20 minutes and at the 30 minute mark, they started trying to serve us dessert pizza to get us out of the table.  We've come here at least once a year for three years and this experience is consistent. Every single time they try to get us out as soon as possible, and are very slow with anything you order

Had a reservation, got there on time as a text indicating that our table was ready. It was NOT ready had us waiting 20 minutes. They then proceeded to sit a party of 8 who had arrived after us. The serve we had was nice BUT the other staff who were serving the pizza were not circling around properly. A brunette girl purposely would skip our table. Never got serve fresh hot pizza. Also saw COCKROACHES by where they make the pizzas as we were sat right in front of the counter.

They don't use the reservation system. We had to wait 1 hour for our table even when we had a reservation

Waiters were great, food was a great value and the varieties were really fun. Acoustics made it really loud, but it was an upbeat environment. Enjoyed it!

We had to wait over a half hour after our reservation to get a seat, while multiple later arrivals were seated. That only happened because we spoke to a manager. The rest of the service was great though.

The food was great, love going here. I just wished they had more severs. We could never find ours.

Food was great, lots of pizzas. Salad could be better. Not a great date night, spot. Too too loud!! Will go again with different expectations For the value it's good!

What’s the point to have reservations if they have us waiting for 40 minutes.

We waited for over 25 mins for the dessert pizza that we asked 3 servers about. The food was excellent but won’t return because we were there for over an hour just anticipating food

I absolutely love pizza. I went here on a busy night and the service was great. Matthew was great as well as the young lady that worked in the bar area that evening.

Quantity over quality. Like a fancy CiCi’s pizza. Nice location and the service is very good

It was my first time. It's a bunch of different pizzas that are served Brazilian BBQ style. Where they bring a variety of pizzas to your table. There's some good pizza choices. The pizza isn't anything to write home about but was good. The price wasn't terrible either. The service was a little shotty.. we came in a big group for a birthday; the server was overwhelmed, which definitely contributed to the service. We will definitely make it back. The atmosphere is great! Seating and lighting were awesome for a date night.

Atmosphere was very nice & pleasant(felt very italian), Food was as expected new & different since it was our first time. Didn't get a chance to enjoy each slice of pizza due to waiters not seeing the flipped card that was given to us to show if we wanted to pause or continue but nevertheless it was a good experience.
