I recently visited dickeys on irving Blvd and had a great experience! Everything was hot and the taste was just right!! Not only that the service was great also. This is the same kind of great service and food at the downtown location also! All around great place! I would like to send a special thanks out to Mrs Rosa from the irving location and Sabrina and Madeline from the downtown location for being so nice!

Sabrina, rocked it! I placed a delivery order from here. I called before placing order to see if they had plastic containers or paper/cardboard; being a Flight Attendant, my eyes seemed to be hungrier then my stomach therefore I have leftovers to travel with. I explained this to her. She asked my name & said she'd look for Mt order. She went above & wrapped and included foil for my leftovers. The portions are nicely sized & price was good with a deal. My order arrived sooner than expected, bonus. Thank you for the great customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of grabbing lunch at Dickey's BBQ on Main St. in Dallas, and I just have to say—what a fantastic experience! As someone who works in the office building nearby, it's become a go-to spot for me. Laura and Sabrina are absolutely amazing; they always greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home. They're both so friendly and welcoming, which makes the visit even more enjoyable.

Today, I went with the pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! The pulled pork was tender and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was perfectly creamy. I left feeling full and satisfied, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend stopping by for some great BBQ and even better service!
