Absolute, worst barbecue, I’ve ever had. I think they used actual lunch meat for the turkey, a disgrace to Texas.

Everything was boiled or baked, nothing actually smoked, disgusting may be a little too harsh but it was definitely not appetizing. Do yourself a favor and go to Terry Black's, it was amazing.

Wings tasted like boot leather. Like they had been sitting under a heat lamp overnight and then just popped in the microwave to heat up. Mac and cheese served cold. Salad served was a house salad not a Ceasar like we ordered. Dry, cold brisket. First time ever going to a Dickey's and pretty much has ruined any desire to even try another location. Paid alot for poor quality food. Wish I could have gotten my money back. Very disappointing. Don't go to this location. Fried okra and my Dr. Pepper were my best things I liked there!

Ran over for a quick but late lunch->>>>the meat was dry but had decent flavor and the sauce made it edible in a pinch.Planning to go earlier and give it a do over next go 'round.The sides were excellent but all sides were not available this trip. My disappointment ? but kinda in a good way-it appears their business is chugging along.Great service and all staff were helpful and friendly and quick --even though they were making TOGO orders simultaneously.Seamless, well-run operation. All table tops were spotless when we left. I like the staff - they had outgoing, pleasant attitudes and it is staff like this that will make the return trip worth it.Fingers-crossed for a great lunch next time. ?

Great food!!! We were very happy with our experience there! One of the employees came out to the dining area and thanked us for coming in. He said covid has really affected them and usually on a Saturday they’d only see 3-5 people. He said when we came in with our large group it was such a blessing. We loved that he shared that with us! But seriously the food was delicious, everyone go eat at Dickey’s BBQ in downtown Dallas!!

The Staff are friendly and helpful.The prices are very reasonable for what you get and the food is delicious.They have 3 different kinds of BBQ sauce. 9 different meats and 8 different sides.Something for everyone.The bakers baked potato is excellent!The fountain drinks and tea are huge!Plenty room to dine in.
