We arrived at the JW hotel and quickly noticed there we no guests hanging in the downstairs lobby. When we got the 11th floor where the restaurant is along with the upstairs lobby and pool, we saw one guest at the bar by the pool and one at the bar in the restaurant. We stood by the host stand and were finally greeted by a server. As he was politely escorting us to our table, he yelled back at the hostess that we were “the reservation”. Great ambience and our server was an exceptional person who took great care of making sure we had a good experience. Would definitely be back sometime.
JW was a remarkable experience. Complimentary valet , the service was so amazing. The views weee absolutely breathtaking!! Our dinner ( Jw burger and Ora salmon ) cooked to perfection. Tony was a great waiter and Elizabeth (the manager) took beautiful pictures for me and my date. This place is worth the money and if you're not getting alcohol you can easily keep it under $100 for 2 people
