Ordered food from here through Uber Eats after craving BBQ all week & was absolutely disappointed, & I love Dickeys. The food was cold & the meats were dry to the point that I had to smother it with BBQ Sauce for it to be edible. The toast they gave me was a big chunk of dry bread that was already hard & tough to eat. The only good thing was the potato salad. Dickeys really needs to send their folks from corporate down the street over to this place so they can try and fix whatever it is that is wrong with this location.

I ordered through Uber Eats, and this is the worst quality of food I have ever received from Dicky's. All of my food was cold, I ask for sweet tea but received unsweet, the baked potato casserole smelled rancid, Texas toast was just a hard piece of bread (not toasted at all), asked for sliced brisket..received it chopped and the kielbasa sausage looked very old and dry. The only thing that was decent was the fried okra.

I ordered the the Giant Stuffed Baker with extra butter and chopped brisket. Didn’t get ANY butter, the chopped brisket was for a Small Stuffed Baker. The potato wasn’t done and hard around the edges. Also got a 3 Meat Plate with green beans and fries - didn’t get the fries. When you call the store to let them know - it’s all automated, so you’re unable to voice your complaints to a live person. I see now why this location has such mediocre ratings compared to the other locations. I know I won’t order from them again

I ordered the ranch sandwich that came with brisket and sausage. Now, the brisket was juicy, but it had bo flavor. They bake the meat in ovens and don't use seasoning. I haven't tried anything else, but I don't think I want to.

If you have a taste for some really good brisket ⚠️DONT GO HERE ! ⚠️ it’s not the best quality . It was dry , it was cold , it was unseasoned , it was TOUGH . I guess you get what you pay for it was only 10$bucks …. Instead I prefer BUC-EES, & Terry blacks bbq. ! Not satisfied.
