I’ve never had worse brisket in my life. Took forever to get my order (only 2 people were working) and as soon as I saw the brisket, my heart dropped. It was gray with no bark whatsoever. Looked like someone boiled it. A lot of fat too. The cherry on top was that the two pieces of sad brisket cost 20 dollars. Please skip this place if you don’t want to be scarred for life. Dickey’s is a disgrace to the great state of Texas and all the BBQ joints in this state!

I order food from here today and to be honest the food sucks the beef brisket was very dry and old and not fresh and the pork ribs was very dry and hard like it was left out for couple days. It was like eating pork jerky. Ribs wasn’t fresh. I’m very disappointed. Will not order from Dickey’s again.

Didn't order Dickeys, went to the convenient store
Do not order food for delivery from this location. I was a regular customer (2-3 times per week), but no more. Constant food quality issues and/or incorrect items. I sent an email to corporate and never got any kind of response. The lack of acknowledgement shows that they do not care! Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.

Ordered food from here through Uber Eats after craving BBQ all week & was absolutely disappointed, & I love Dickeys. The food was cold & the meats were dry to the point that I had to smother it with BBQ Sauce for it to be edible. The toast they gave me was a big chunk of dry bread that was already hard & tough to eat. The only good thing was the potato salad. Dickeys really needs to send their folks from corporate down the street over to this place so they can try and fix whatever it is that is wrong with this location.
