When I tell you that this is the best DICKEY’S in Dallas Texas, I mean it! I experience, top-tier customer service from Miss Lakisha! I’m recommending the fresh and tasty food all the way to the customer service! It is unmatched! I almost didn’t want to write this review because I want to keep this little spot for myself! But the genuine and selfless customer service that I got from the manager on yesterday! Was absolutely amazing! She was the sweetest, caring lady. I haven’t experienced that type of customer service since before Covid! And I can tell that she was not just pretending, and that’s just the way she was because I sat outside and ate my food, and when I walked back in, I seen her helping another customer, and she gave all the same pleasant demeanor ! She is the reason I am writing this review! And also the excellent quality of the food! This has been my favorite spot for a while now the manager just put the Cherry on top of my experience for me! I don’t know if she was the manager or the owner but I would like to really really acknowledge her for her positive demeanor, and excellent customer service! This is a place you can come with your whole family and feel comfortable and relaxed!!! Wish I could get more stars this place rocks!!! Thanks for Keeping excellent customer service, even when no one’s watching! OK I just contacted the owner to get the name of the Nice lady that served me in her name is Miss Lakisha! I think this restaurant deserves recognition the Owner of this restaurant was very nice and well spoken over the phone as well!Dietary restrictions: I had the chicken sandwich and a side of potato salad. I do not eat beef or pork! I have diet restrictions, and a very sensitive stomach! This location never disappoints. Food is always tasty and fresh every time I frequent this location!Parking: The parking is free and there is always a spot available.

I just had Dickey’sLast time I had it was like 8-9 years back and didn’t disappointed.If you are in the area that 3 meat plate w slaw and spinach dip ?I was surprised their toast is not your classic bar bread but a nice thick buttery piece. Man highly recommended and new ownership about to have beer for sale soon as well as screens to watch your fav games ?
