Portions are well balanced, with a generous amount of meat. The service is consistently great, quick, and lovely, with a lean team. The restaurant has a 10 out of 10 R&B playlist. However, some recent visits have been inconsistent. Orders have been terribly incorrect, with suspicious noodles, not fresh veggies, missing chicken, and wrong items given. The staff has been unresponsive on the phone, and there was confusion over a call-in order. Despite this, many still consider it the best pho in Dallas and a go-to spot for a satisfying comfort meal.
