Had SO much fun watching my Saints here! The service was incredible! Super friendly. Super quick. Super efficient. Good vibes all around! Definitely recommend this place to any Louisiana transplants! So welcoming! Got the chargrilled oysters… amazing! Also got the fried seafood basket with catfish, shrimp and oysters… the shrimp are huge and catfish is delicious! Definitely coming back! WHO DAT!
The service and food were great. I had the Ya Ya Gumbo which was amazing. But when the check came, seeing the 20% gratuity added to the check was the reason I didn't give this place 5 stars.
I would have tipped the waitress 20% without it being added, since she did an astounding job. But when it's automatically added, how could I tip accordingly if the service had not been adequate?

Based on the reply from Dodies, im adding this part. "20% tip should be a discretion of the client not the service provider, same for the service fee, you just lost my business, (probably you dont need it) but other places around the neighborhood will be more than happy to have our business and dont force us for a 20% tip and service fee"....were here to watch the Mavs game. Service was great, athomosphere was OK. we didn't order any food, so I can't comment...
