We ordered a pizza and a drink to have it delivered to my apartment complex. The driver, Renee, was very rude and unstable. She immediately had an attitude on the phone as I was trying to explain the directions to her. She was very off-putting and confrontational. The also drove the delivery very recklessly and tried to take the pizza back from me as she thought she gave me the wrong order. My boyfriend recently had surgery and we thought ordering delivery would be the best option for us. I was absolutely wrong.

SCAM ALERT !!!!!! Do not order here through Uber eats, they will charge you, say its delivered, and when you call Uber stating its not delivered (no pictures or confirmations from the delivery driver), they say "it's not our delivery service, it's Dominoes service". What a scam, I look forward to setting this straight.

I ordered food for delivery with a 20 percent tip from Domino's and my driver asked I come meet him at his car rather than bring it up to my apartment. Darnell was incredibly rude, condescending, and unhelpful as a delivery driver when I asked him if he could bring it up to the apartment and hung up on me and then refused to answer the phone. Then when I tried to contact the store to speak with the manager Charles. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes then told he was too busy to speak with me and to call back later. I will definitely never order from this location again.

After waiting an hour I called to see where the pizza was and the Domino’s delivery driver told the staff that he had already delivered my order, but he had not, 20 minutes later the driver called to let me know he isn’t going to my doorstep because he’s not allowed to leave his car. I was confused, I asked if this is a new rule, because this never happens and I work from home so I couldn’t leave my desk. He said “do you want your order or not? You got 5 minutes or it’s getting canceled.” After that I put my job at risk to step away and find his car, to retrieve my order, upon retrieving he gave me the middle finger unprovoked and drove off.

I ordered a pizza over an hour ago and now I have been on hold for over 15 minutes trying to check the status of my delivery. The dystopian hold message makes me fear the future of humanity.
This review still stands. After two years of avoiding this store I decided to order again. After two hours of waiting my food was never delivered even though it says the delivery was completed. I will NEVER use this company again. I will 100% discourage everyone from using dominos and this store specially. They do not deserve to stay open.

I came to order a pizza and they said that they didn't take orders here, they made it online and a person arrived at that moment and they took the order and we are still trying to order online, what is it about? Of a different type of race? I came there around 2 pm two young ladies where nice and have great customer service and food was delicious.. however today I go with all workers men customer service was good but NO ONE HAD GLOVES ON THE GUY WAS PUTTING ALL THE TOPPINGS ON EVERY ORDER WITH NO GLOVES AND LET’S TALK ABOUT MY FOOD FOR ALMOST $20 BUCKS. THEY BARELY PUT ANYTHING IN MY ALFREDO IT WASNT NOTHING IN THE FOIL PAN DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY MONEY AND I ORDER TWO BOTH WERE PRETTY MUCH EMPTY.. so not only did they UNDER PORTION ME THEY WERE UNSANITARY.. VERY DISAPPOINTING

I will never order from here again. I pay in app to tip the driver, and they never deliver to my door. Multiple times I've had to send my son to the lobby of my apartment to get my pizza, and a few times they just left my pizza at the desk and the concierge had to call me to let me know the delivery was here. Why should I pay extra for a lack of service. The pizza is alright, but the lack of service jusfleaves a bad taste in my mouth. Advice for the delivery person: don't do delivery if you don't want to provide professional service. It's crazy how Dominos offers the service to deliver your pizza anywhere, but won't deliver to your door.
