This is our favorite pre-show place for dinner! Amazing food and service and close to the Winspear.

Great meal! Great service! The menu was fun and offered some great choices. The goat cheese appetizer and fig jam were sublime. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the pappardelle was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The staff were friendly and gave us time to enjoy our evening out.

Daysiah was an absolute gem of a server and was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the food just completely missed for us. My wife ordered the breaded chicken and I ordered the lamb special. My wife's entree was good but nothing to necessarily go brag about. The lamb was supposed to be accompanied by a cucumber and mint orzo but I opt for the chedder cheese grits and sadly the grits were painfully bland. The sauce was supposed to be Bordelaise but was extremely acidic and really just inedible. I didn't even try the lamb because I knew I wasn't going to enjoy the dish if I didn't enjoy it as a whole. After sending the dish back, I was shocked that a manager didn't check in and ask how we were doing or even to get more clarification on how they missed. Overall, the waiting staff was fantastic and on top of making our experience pleasant, however because of the food being decent at best we won't be coming back.

Overall nice experience. Decent ambiance, calm setting for a date or business lunch. Always appreciate the service. Kind of a hidden gem in uptown.

The food was outstanding. We had the Volcano Salt Garlic Fries, it was a big portion! They were some of the best we've eaten in a very long time. We also had the Pork Belly Bao Buns as well. I highly recommend these! If you like Vietnamese Bánh mì sandwiches, then you will love these without a doubt...especially with the the jalapeno flair. For a main course we shared the Surf & Surf and substituted brussel sprouts since we still had so much of the garlic fries from earlier. The scallions and crab cakes were excellent, the taste was not fishy or overwhelming. We both were satisfied and very happy with our choices so far. Oh, forgot to mention that we started off with the Trip to Cabo and Capri Spritz, honestly the Trip to Cabo was the winner by far, hands down. We wrapped up our dinner with a Creme Brulee Martini, which was not quite to our liking. This was the only disappointment overall. The service was nice and timely, the only nitpick was the waiter kept trying to take our drinks and food away before we were completely finished... We've been to Dragonfly before, this dinner/food experience exceeded our previous expectations. Highly, highly recommend anyone for a anniversary or any other special occasion to consider Dragonfly as a destination for that special occasion.

We love having dinner in the Wine Room at Dragonfly. It is small, private, quiet, and the perfect place to celebrate any occasion with a few friends. AND if you are lucky enough to go on a night when Daysia is working you are in for a special treat. She is funny, warm, accommodating, and checks in just enough times to make sure we have what we need and not so many times to be intrusive. THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

Great atmosphere and delicious food! The Dragonfly Restaurant in Dallas offers a unique dining experience with creative dishes and excellent presentation. The service was friendly, although the wait time for food was a bit longer than expected. Overall, a fantastic spot for a special night out!

From the complimentary parking, to the Christmas menu, to the decor curated with an eye for detail (even down to the dragonfly tiles in the ladies room), the Dragonfly was a delightful experience. The food was indulgent yet not heavy. The coffee was notably bold with no aftertaste, and the menu prices were unexpectedly reasonable for a hotel restaurant. But the piecè de resistancé was how exceptionally professional and pleasant the staff was, exhibiting the very definition of hospitality. It would appear that Hotel ZaZa hires for "culture fit" and it shows. If you're considering a visit, you won't be disappointed.

So a lot of the marketing would have you think this was an actual restaurant but it's not. It is a bar that serves food.

It is overpriced as hell for the quality of food you get. The drinks were good though, but also overpriced.

They need to switch up their marketing so idiots like me don't get confused and think this is a dinner spot when it really isn't

Went here for my birthday and the space, service and food were all beautiful! It wasn’t busy on a Sunday night so it was very peaceful. Our waitress brought out my dessert with a small candle which was super kind and special. Would definitely go again!
