Wow I was so disappointed in this restaurant. It was always good in the past, but it has really gone down hill. It started off good until I tasted the water. Yuck! It tasted like sparkling water that had gone flat. I order a Salmon Wrap. It looked great, but when I started eating it, the Spinach tasted like they just pulled it out of the garden. NOT in a good way. It was like they didn't wash the dirt off. Not only did I taste dirt, the grit was hard to describe. Won't be back.
Very limited menu, I had the steak, it was very disappointing, it may as well been skirt steak. However my date had the salmon, she said it was good. It’s a beautiful restaurant, and service was on point. I won’t be going back.

Upscale pricing but atmosphere and glassware/silverware not matching the prices. Food was decent, waitress was great. The bar was disappointing, they need glencairn glasses for the flights, and the drinks were too heavy on the infusion flavors. It's not terrible but there are better places to try.

Goodness, how I wanted to like this place. We were there on New Year's Eve. There was a prix fixe menu, but it was uninspiring. Our server also seemed to advise against it, so we went with individual orders. For an appetizer, the calamari was just ok. I found the wine list to be pretty boring and overpriced. The two of us who got the wedge salad reported it as being the worst wedge salad they had ever had. I got the warm spinach salad. It was basically a tub of baby spinach dumped on a plate with 3 watermelon radish slices, some Boursin also dumped on the plate and a not-very-warm salad dressing. I got the chicken-fried-chicken for my entree, and there was a rather large piece of plastic in it. I pointed this out to our server and he said he'd "tell someone." No manager came by to apologize, and it was not taken off our bill. Speaking of our server, something was quite wrong there. He either couldn't hear us or couldn't understand us. Every single item we ordered, he had to return to the table to double check what we had ordered. He brought us the wrong dessert and then claimed it wasn't an accident but it was free from him, but there there was a wait for the correct dessert. This makes me think he brought the wrong dessert and covered. The desserts were just awful...brownie with gloppy caramel sauce all over it, super firm texture like maybe it was recently frozen; creme brûlée again covered with so much caramel sauce blobs and chocolate syrup that one had to work to even find the creme brûlée. At the prices this place charges, there are many better options in DFW. Skip it and go elsewhere.
Excellent incredibly flavorful food. Very kind and helpful staff. Beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A favorite place tucked away. Enter the exquisite Hotel Zaza lobby, then turn left down a hallway to Dragonfly. We don't come down here often but it always a pleasure. We especially love Christmas dinner at Dragonfly and this year was no exception. Staff were warm and welcoming and the kitchen turned out a traditional prime rib dinner. We will come back again of course, and thank you.
Since our last visit, the menu has changed. Of note, the filet of beef was replaced by a New York strip. There is no comparison as the new offering was perhaps, one grade above what one would expect at a “Sizzler Steak House.”
they promoted the girl dinner on their website and socials and when we arrived, they told us they aren't doing them. our server ignored us for 40 minutes. we waited for the check for 20 minutes

This restaurant was a win! Complimentary valet was great. The men were kind and handled the car with care. The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and elegant. A small intimate space which still felt high quality. The waitress Deja was kind and helpful when picking dishes. We got the Volcano Truffle Fries, Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, and the Chocolate Brownie Sundae. The food was exquisite! The fried chicken had an amazing crisp and the honey pepper sauce was perfect with it. I will definitely be going back. Thank you all at Dragonfly. We had a great night. :)
