Last week, I ordered via the Grab app. After waiting the time on the app, I asked staff about my order and was told they cant see my order because computer was down. I didn't have time to wait in line to make another order and wait again for food. So I went without anything that day. I emailed Grab about it. Still waiting for refund.This week, ordered kolache, hashbrowns, and coffee (same employee that indiferently told me the computer was down last week) at the register. Register clearly showed "3 items". After waiting for the food, food came, but no coffee. Same employee insisted he didn't charge me for coffee.Really? What was the 3rd item?I wont be back. I suggest you avoid this place too.

The customer service here is a joke, so if you don’t mind employees bad mouthing you, this is your place. Get some training for your employees, Sharma, because not everyone drinks iced or flavored coffees and wants that as a substitute.

Felt rushed, not good customer service, my ice latte was warm, all the cream and sugar sat at the bottom. Should of went somewhere else.

The workers were friendly but my iced coffee with cream and sugar was not stirred. When I went to take a sip it was a mouth full of sugar, absolutely disgusting. Other Dunkin’ locations get it right, but not this one.
