Dunkin' has a welcoming staff that makes customers feel happy. The crew members are wonderful to interact with and look like they have fun working. They are patient and professional, even when busy or dealing with difficult customers. The restaurant is usually very clean and well stocked. Customers appreciate the staff's kindness, such as a barista remaking drinks that were ordered at the wrong time. The breakfast sandwich and drinks, including lattes, are beyond highly expected. However, some customers have experienced chaos and poor maintenance at the store, with soggy hash browns. Overall, Dunkin' serves great donuts and coffee.
