I had been anticipating getting munchkins since seeing multiple commercials. This particular store sorely disappointed. They tasted greasy and were sticky, fresh glazed were sitting out but the woman did not put any in my box. She barely looked at me and acted like she would rather be doing anything other than working. Not friendly at all. Will not go back to this location.

Hard to imagine a place with worse customer service. They have been training one of the lowest IQ and disinterested people I’ve ever dealt with for more than a month but apparently he’s not qualified to poor a cup of coffee and add one cream. You cannot stop here quickly. You will order a donut, pay and wait 10 minutes for them to pour a simple cup of coffee with a single cream. That should be done literally when I get my donut. Done. But I waited while people behind me got specialty drinks made. When I complained and said the kid was not a good worker I was told I was harassing them. It’s fair to expect to go to a fast food spot and have a fast experience and it’s equally fair to let them know when they haven’t met expectations. Instead I dealt with some very emotionally immature people that acted like they never worked in hospitality before. Just rude, dismissive and aggressive. This is my last time here. I encourage others not avoid this spot.

The staff at this location specifically the ones working at 7am on 12/1 have exactly one scoop of hair collectively and a whole lot of nerve. They’re rude and off putting and couldn’t make a drink right even with the instructions tattooed onto their hand. The woman who made my drink was snotty nosed and had the audacity to catch an attitude when I asked for my drink to be made how I ordered it.

Love the ladies at the front They make my morning and always prepare my lattes perfect! Also saw them calmly deal with a rowdy customer on thanksgiving morning. Their patience and ability to stay professional while being busy and getting screamed at amused me . I truly hope the rest of their shift went well .

These ordering kiosks need to be optional, not mandatory. And I know it’s probably corporate forcing it so they can hire less people. It takes so long for a family of four to order and you also have to look in the case to see what is available bc it’s not updated in the computer. So it’s not even great technology.

I was picking up a doordash order when I said hello I am picking up the order for a customer(name). Cena the supervisor responded very hostile and said it Ain’t ready!! I then informed her I was here the day before and I seen how she responded to other customers, drivers and Me again very Rude and angry. She became offended and started talking amongst her coworkers on the shift loudly about me in front of other customers. She then stated she would call the police? Not sure why as I was simply waiting for a customer order. Then called the store manager after I requested for the store manager name and number to make a formal complaint about her poor customer service/ interaction with speaking to customers and drivers . The Store manager Aretha stated she would talk to Cena the (Sup). I believe that this store is ran under poor management and lack of customer satisfaction. Definitely will not return for personal orders as I felt very unsafe.

First time ever at this location. Went in around 9ish they were busy , but very welcoming and on point with orders! My drink and breakfast sandwich was beyond highly expected, I left as one happy pregnant customer ♥️

This is the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. And I don’t say that lightly. It’s always very clean, well stocked and the crew members are so wonderful to interact with. They actually look like they have fun with what they do and enjoy working. It’s a fun change of pace!

Accidentally placed my order at the wrong time and the barista was kind enough to remake my drinks . He took less than 5 mins to whip up both drinks. It was truly appreciated! Shoutout to the barista that was working on Sunday at 3pm!

I've been a regular customer at this Dunkin' for a while. The staff is always delightful and super helpful. The manager, Aretha, is truly a standout. She's so kind and positive, even when I come in at 5:00am. She and her team do a great job!
