The staff members in the terminal B location were very nice and accommodating towards redemption of our meal vouchers even at ~11 PM. The lady even typed out the voucher codes herself. The chicken wraps were pretty delicious.

Ordered a butter cookie cold brew and the worst ever! I went back to let them know it was too strong and didn’t taste good. Ania? Was extremely rude and snapped at me when I tried to explain what I ordered. She threw three creamers on the counter, that’s what I made you and walked away from me. Didn’t offer to make it correct or ask me if I would like something else. Horrible customer service. I left it sitting on the counter because it was so bad!

The prices are outrageous! $4.47 for one piece of toast with avacado. The picture displayed on the menu shows two pieces of toast.
Also, I wanted to try the Dunkalatte that they were advertising. They didn't have the means to make the new Dunkalatte.

Dunkin in Terminal B. Across from B43. Snacking Bacon was barely cooked. Half raw. Absolutely NO spicy/sweet seasoning. Just plain, practically raw bacon.

My food was still cold after heating it, and the employee couldn’t care less about the customer service, but she didn't care about asking for a tip even when she didn't even do the bare minimum. This place needs to put their ducks in a row.

Soggy hash browns, a bagel bacon egg and cheese sandwich with limp anemic bacon. Please cook the bacon longer. It was unappetizing and unappealing.

Garbage. Cashier was wonderful. But I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso. I was basically given iced oat milk. I know dunkin barely puts coffee in any of their (let’s face it) milk drinks. I took it back and they poured in a ā€œshotā€ but it didn’t help. I gave it back deciding that the $9.50 for milk was lost to a corporation that skimps on ingredients to save money.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at Dunkin' Donuts with Zuriysh. Unfortunately, she exhibited a negative attitude while taking my order, and when I asked questions about the menu, she seemed uninterested in assisting. Additionally, my order was incorrect as it was made with regular milk instead of almond milk. I hope this feedback helps in improving customer service at your establishment

Unfortunately I have to say I was beyond disappointed to have experienced having a roach in my latte. I honestly enjoy Dunkin but the Dunkin at DFW airport terminal C needs to maintain a cleaner environment. I work at the airport and usually go to several food locations and I have never experienced anything like this before.

You had one job. Dunkin’ Donuts consistently disappoints me these days. How come you can’t take points for the app like every other Dunkin’ Donuts? I’m looking online and I see it says you do but you don’t or your staff don’t know how. Then, when you don’t get a tip, you visibly look mad for not providing these basic services and you make my coffee wrong. PS it’s 6 AM. Why aren’t the donuts fresh?
