Garbage. Cashier was wonderful. But I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with oat milk and an extra shot of espresso. I was basically given iced oat milk. I know dunkin barely puts coffee in any of their (let’s face it) milk drinks. I took it back and they poured in a “shot” but it didn’t help. I gave it back deciding that the $9.50 for milk was lost to a corporation that skimps on ingredients to save money.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at Dunkin' Donuts with Zuriysh. Unfortunately, she exhibited a negative attitude while taking my order, and when I asked questions about the menu, she seemed uninterested in assisting. Additionally, my order was incorrect as it was made with regular milk instead of almond milk. I hope this feedback helps in improving customer service at your establishment

Unfortunately I have to say I was beyond disappointed to have experienced having a roach in my latte. I honestly enjoy Dunkin but the Dunkin at DFW airport terminal C needs to maintain a cleaner environment. I work at the airport and usually go to several food locations and I have never experienced anything like this before.

You had one job. Dunkin’ Donuts consistently disappoints me these days. How come you can’t take points for the app like every other Dunkin’ Donuts? I’m looking online and I see it says you do but you don’t or your staff don’t know how. Then, when you don’t get a tip, you visibly look mad for not providing these basic services and you make my coffee wrong. PS it’s 6 AM. Why aren’t the donuts fresh?

I am so over this tip expected for fast food. I got a bagel. She had to pull from the case and put it in a bag with it's woefully tiny container of cream cheese. That's it. Upon checkout I could not complete until I added either $1, $3 or $5 as a tip. What did they do for this? They get paid a real wage, tipping in US is out of control. I will never go back.

I took an Avocado toast, bread was not toasted at all and horrible taste.And the billing people are black Americans, and they are very much rude to me and my 12 year old daughter. I am from India living in US 17 years. And I see they did same thing to other Indians who are before me. And I see they’re smiling to white Americans. I don’t understand they’re fighting to stop racism for their ethnicity, and they’re the ones who showed racism qualities. I also experienced same racism by a black American in another restaurant. They don’t deserve to talk about racism, when they’re the ones who’s showing racism to Indians.

This store is a waste of time. I have been to this location 3 times in the past month and a half and not once have I been able to get a simple breakfast sandwich. Today it was we are waiting for someone to come in we aren't making them yet. There was 3 people behind the counter and it was 645 in the morning. It was a complete waste of my time. The last time the donuts were so stale my family couldn't even eat them. Don't waste your time waiting in line for the inevitable disappointment.

I had to stop going to the murphy location bc they always forgot something-example for the bread for my sandwhich?? Literally everytime I went I had to open up my wrapped food and they'd forget something. The other locations get it right.

This is a standard Dunkin’, but they also have the ice cream. It is in the C terminal and very easy to get to as you love past the gates. I definitely recommend this for someone who needs to get through quickly and get on to their flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful which makes the whole experience that much better. I had iced coffee and a doughnut.

This Dunkin is located inside the Dallas Fort Worth Airport. The line moved incredibly fast and the breakfast sandwhich that I ordered was hot. Donuts were fresh. I was impressed with this Dunkin being inside of an airport.
