Really sad. We specifically told reservations that we were coming to hear jazz. They never told us until we got there and stopped the manager that they had stopped jazz the week before. It was still on the website even stating the different groups that played different nights. I understand they were closing location BUT we should have been told. Even when we were being seated we said we wanted in area where we could hear jazz. She just smiled and seated us. ??♀️
Disappointed that there was no live music, even when a regular pianist arrived and was willing to play for tips only. Management did not allow him to play. No wonder it's closing. Management should rethink live music that's willing to play for tips only. Lots of enjoyable talent out there hungry to entertain.
Our appetizer and entrees each took an extended amount of time to come out. We were told because the restaurant had "a large catering order". Guests in the restaurant should supersede the catered ordered dishes. The steak I ordered medium was brought out later than all over entrees and was served to me rare.
