Just ordered the Texas brisket egg sandwich through uber eats. The sandwich tasted great, but there was only a small amount of brisket on half of my sandwich that I tried to even out but overall not enough brisket on the sandwich. A part of the underside bagel was a bit soggy from grease but not a huge part of it.

Food: I truly enjoy Einstein's! Bagels delicious. I usually choose the whole wheat bagel with a plain schmear. The schmear is a lot of cream cheese. Yay! I've also tried the Lox bagel, spinach Florentino, and cinnamon sugar. All great!! Pay once for a small coffee and keep refilling. Great!! The decaf does seem weak to me. And, the half n half is out often. Someone maybe needs to be assigned to the refills.

Overall nice place to have a quick breakfast. I tried their vanilla cold brew and I was very satisfied. My friend got a bacon and cheddar egg sandwich which he enjoyed however the bagel was pretty hard and not too great.
Service was good. Nothing special.
And atmosphere in general was great. The bathroom was not good at all. Didn’t look too clean and paper towels were missing.
